Team 8-2 at Acadia took a group of 30 eighth-grade girls to RPI to meet with the Society of Women Engineers for a tour of the University and a set of experiments using liquid nitrogen.  The goal was to encourage female students to pursue an interest in STEM careers and meet with current engineering students.

I was wondering why Shen students pay more for drivers ed than Burnt Hills students? It costs $410 for the class at Shen and only $300 at Burnt Hills.

A.  The course fee for the Drivers Ed. program is determined by and in collaboration with Bell’s Driving School.  We do not know the specifics regarding the contents and management of the program offered at Burnt Hills.

Can we make it so it cant be extra credit to see the musical? I went to see it for my enjoyment and it was a wonderful production. It makes me sick to see that kids are grabbing handfulls of playbills and selling them to their friends so that they don’t have to see it but can still get extra credit. I think it’s completely disrespectfull to all the hard work they put into their shows.
