Legal Status

The legal status for negotiations is the Public Employees' Fair Employment Law (Taylor Law), Article 14 of the Civil Service Law.

Organizations recognized for the purposes of collective bargaining include:

1. Shenendehowa Teachers' Association;
2. Shenendehowa Civil Service Employees' Association;
3. Shenendehowa Administrators' Association.
4. Shenendehowa United Supervisors Association;
5. Shenendehowa Substitute Teachers’ Association.
