Teachers have a responsibility to meet with parents to discuss student progress. When a parent requests a conference with a teacher, the teacher shall make every effort to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Elementary teachers will arrange at least one parent conference on one of two "parent-teacher conference days" in November of each school year or another mutually convenient time in the fall.
