New York State Education Department: RESPONSIBILITY OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION TO PREPARE BUDGETS

Each board of education is required to have the proposed budget for Common, Union Free, Central and Small City schools available for public comment.

The budget must be complete and available upon request to residents within the district seven days before the budget hearing. Shenendehowa's public hearing is scheduled for May 1, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Gowana Library.
