Located in the central part of the district, Shatekon Elementary School is attached to Arongen Elementary and is one of four off-campus schools. It opened in 2007.

Teams from Okte, Tesago and Shatekon competed in a reading tournament in March. Shen Kids Read was modeled after the “Battle of the Books” competitions, and involved students answering questions about several books in a game show fashion. [MORE]
