

Tesago is one of four elementary schools located on the main campus. It is connected to Skano Elementary School sharing a cafeteria/auditorium. It opened in 1966-67.

Mrs. Coryer’s class was awarded this
month’s Campbell’s soup trophy at Tesago. Each month a
class receives the award with occasional antics with other
classes hiding the trophy on the winning team. A community
of good humor exists.
Maia LaVigne, a student in Mrs. DellaPorta's class, won the Siena College Essay contest for third graders and will be attending a free one week athletic camp.

Mrs. Scavone’s science classes get into nutrition by singing their way to healthy eating! They shared their knowledge with some of the primary students and will continue sharing with the Tesago community by making new healthy food items, some of which will be made in the Tesago cafeteria. The Tesago 4th and 5th Grade Chorus will be performing in the WMHT-PBS production of Music for the Holidays 2011. They were selected to be one of 18 choirs from the Capital District to be featured on the program. [MORE]

After studying about characters in class students developed character tee shirts based on their favorite character in a book they are reading at home. We all wore them to school to celebrate.
