Congratulations to Matt McGuffey, class of 2014, for his outstanding performance on the ACT college admission and placement exam. Matt earned the highest possible composite score of 36.
This is particularly significant and rare, because on average, less than one-tenth of 1% of all test takers earn the top score. Among ACT-tested United States high school students in 2012, only 981 out of the 1.66 million students earned a composite score of 36.
