How Can I Help My Child    Succeed in Science?

The best way to help your child prepare for tests/quizzes is to have them inform you when a quiz is scheduled. I will always give students several days’ notice before a quiz and it should be recorded in their agenda book and on the Team 7-2 website. I will also hand out a  Review Sheet. Encourage your son or daughter to see me if he or she has any questions.  I strongly suggest that students create flash cards from the study guide.  All information should be found in their notes.

I expect students will complete their homework for the day it is due. I will always check or collect homework. If homework is forgotten or not completed three times in the marking period, I will get in touch with the parent.

I always start class by having students record the homework in their agenda books. If there is ‘No Homework,’ it should say No Homework.
Subject notebooks are required to have a science section labeled "science." Class work, notes, homework and labs are placed in numerical order.
