Focus Form

The purpose of this form is to provide a means of communication for Acadia stakeholders to use if they have concerns or suggestions to improve the learning environment of our school.

The following questions serve as a guideline or filter as you complete the Focus Form.  A 'yes' response is required for each question in the filter.  This filter serves to focus the appropriateness of the proposal to Acadia's Partnership Team's mission.

1. Does this issue have a broad impact upon all students at Acadia?

2. Does this issue comply with local, state, and federal laws?

3. Does this issue comply with the Board of Education regulations and policies?

4. Does this issue comply with collective bargaining agreements?

5. Does this issue avoid directly relating to any individual's personality?

6. Is this issue one that is not contrary to district goals and standards of excellence?

7. Has this issue already been addressed through appropriate channels?

8. Is this issue consistent with Acadia's mission?
