The internet is filled with dangers. The internet is dangerous for everyone-not just kids. Here are some tips for being internet safe:

• Don't fill out forms, questionnaires, registrations, profile pages, etc. that ask for personal information.
• Never share passwords with anyone except your parents.
• Things online aren't always what they appear to be.
• When online, people may not be who they say they are.

    Chat rooms attract kids and predators. Be suspicious of overly friendly people. Don't post what you don't want the entire world to see.

Some other internet dangers are:

• Cyber Bullying
• Identity Theft
• Hacking

• AIM
• MySpace
• other chat sites
