Spelling in Fourth Grade
We follow the Harcourt Grade Four Spelling Program. The children are taught a targeted skill each week, such as vowel sounds, prefixes, and suffixes.
The children will practice their words by completing pages from our spelling workbook, writing them 3x each in cursive, or writing words in sentences.
Our spelling test is given on Friday.
