September: We will begin our math program with sorting and classifying colors and shapes.  We will also review preschool skills and work with numbers counting to 20.

October: We will continue sorting and also discuss geometric figures and analyze and compare two and three dimensional shapes, use the terms above, below, beside, in front of, behind, next to.  The students will also work with numbers 0 to 30.

November:   This month we will continue our patterns and work with numbers to 40 and ordinal numbers to tenth.

December:  We will continue counting to 60 and talk about greater than and less than and equal to

January: We will continue counting to 80 and work on measurement and classification and write our numbers to 15.

February:  The students will begin exploring addition, continue to write our numbers to 15 and count to 100.

March: The student will continue working on addition, write our numbers to 20 and work on number concepts.

April:  This month we begin exploring subtraction, write our numbers to 20,  and count to 100

May/June: The student will continue addition and subtraction and review all kindergarten math concepts.
