Arongen School Chorus

Concert Dates:
*Wednesday, May 28 - 1:00 & 7:00
(not May 6 as shown on Shen calendar)

The Arongen School Chorus is open to any student in 4th or 5th grade.

1.Students sign up in September. New students wishing to join after our first concert may do so
    in January.
2.Students who are in orchestra or band are encouraged to join the chorus.  Students who sing often
   do very well on an instrument. Playing an instrument often improves one's singing.        
3.As part of the school curriculum, Chorus is scheduled within the school day - every Tuesday afternoon for 30 minutes. There is no new instruction taking place in the classroom while students are
  at chorus.     
4.We perform 3 times a year: December, January and as part of Arongen's Flag Day ceremony
   in June.
5. Concert attire is special occasion dress up clothing.
                    Girls: Dresses, or, Skirts/Slacks and Blouses.
                    Boys: Collar Shirt, Ties, and Pants. Please avoid: nylon wind pants, sweat pants,
                           shorts and  dirty sneakers.
