Chango teachers have been awarded more than $7,400 in grants from the town of Malta Global Foundries Foundation.

  • Cynthia Barbagelata and Deborah Rossi- $2,652.45 for the purchase of back lit chrome books to assist students with reading difficulties and/or focus utilizing Read 180 or System 44
  • Janell Dessingue–$653.78 for the purchase of flexible seating to meet the needs of students
  • Lisa Harvey–$450 for flexible/ergonomic seating to assist our primary age AIS students with focus and attention
  • Emily Juda–$400 for the purchase of a rug demonstrating art influence in design and organization for the art room
  • Eric Kuhn–$3,000 for the purchase if iPad Mini’s for the grade 4 classroom to increase student access to a variety of portable technology tools
  • Suzanne Kuhn–$300 for the purchase of an interactive world map (students would access the map using Chromebooks or ipads) during instruction
