Our Language Arts program focuses on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Readiness skills for all of these components are targeted as well.
The children will engage in meaningful reading and writing experiences (individual, small group, and shared).
Students will work on their use of appropriate vocabulary and grammar when speaking and learn how to communicate in a group setting. They will practice speaking for a variety of purposes such as sharing ideas and retelling a story.
