INTRAMURAL INFORMATION

As an extension of my Physical Education Program, I will be offering Intramurals for all interested 4^th and 5^th Grade students that will begin October 24^th, 2011 and will continue until February 16^th, 2012. The Intramural Program is a time before school during which students can participate in sports, games, and activities related to the Physical Education Program.

Intramurals will be held from 8:15-9:00am on Mondays for 5^th Grade and from 8:15-9:00am on Thursdays for 4^th Grade. Parents MUST provide student transportation to the school for intramurals as there is no early morning bus run at Chango. Additionally, students SHOULD NOT arrive before 8:00am.

More information will be posted and will be coming home with your child as we get closer to the start of the Intramural Program.

If you would like to have your child participate in all or some of the Intramural Program, please complete, sign, and date the permission slip and have your child return it to me.

Children who do not have a signed parent/guardian permission slip WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the Intramural Program until the slip is returned.

** Please note**

Intramurals will not take place whenever school is closed due to scheduled holidays, weather, and/or two hour delays.

Any student displaying misbehavior and/or poor sportsmanship during intramurals AND/OR during the school day will be dismissed from the program.
