NEWS FROM THE LIBRARY
As the 2006-2007 school year comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the PTA for providing this vehicle to us to promote the library programs.
On a final note, during the years that we have been part of the Chango Library, one of our proudest accomplishments has been our unique and successful relationship with the PTA. Our calls for help have invariably been answered in a positive way, so we consequently have called often! Our philosophy has always been to work closely with the PTA which can only have a beneficial effect on students and staff. Over the years, we have had more than 200 volunteers helping us in the library. That number multiplies when we have our annual spring book fair. We could not do our job successfully without your help. A HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM BOTH OF US.

BOOK IT
Program this year was a great success and I would really like to see more
students participating next year. We gave out personal pan pizza coupons to
every student who participated in reading 20 minutes daily or more daily.
ICE CREAM SOCIAL
We had a wonderful turn out! Families came and purchased ice cream (Schwan's)
and the opportunity to walk through the school. Thank you to all the volunteers.
We also had a wonderful response for raising some money for the Sadler Family. I
was so please to see the response of the Chango Community and helping. Thank you
to all the families who came for the social and who was generous to contribute
to the Sadler fund.
