The National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) is an international, non-profit, leadership training organization based in Washington, DC, USA. Since 1984, NCBI has worked to eliminate racism and all other forms of prejudice and discrimination throughout the world. NCBI training is lead by Shen HS students and staff throughout the school year. Participants are guided through a series of interactive exercises designed to begin building a community of allies and an environment of understanding through introspection and empathy . The Shenendehowa High School NCBI Chapter would like to invite community leaders to learn more about NCBI.
