Message from the President:

The Tesago PTA welcomes you to the 2009-2010 school year.  Our PTA works together with the school administration and staff to foster an environment conducive to successful learning for our children. Becoming part of the PTA allows you to be part of your child's school in a way that adds tremendous value. Many of the dollars we raise go directly back into the classroom through our phenomenal Arts in Education program. This program allows us to provide a wide range of cultural and educational activities that enrich our children's lives.

Our PTA is strong due to our generous and active parent community. Many thanks to all of you who give your time and financial support to help our PTA succeed. We understand that many families are unable to commit their time to volunteering, but your can still be supportive of this learning environment by joining the PTA. If you are interested in volunteering at our PTA events, please contact us at TesagoPTA@gmail.com.

Being a PTA member provides you with the opportunity to be informed, involved and educated in your child’s school and activities. As your PTA President, it is my goal to keep Tesago families involved and informed. I want to encourage everyone to visit our web site to receive important information and updates about PTA events. I also encourage you to join the Parent Portal to receive important notices from the Shenendehowa school district.

The partnership of the Tesago Elementary PTA, administrators and staff, your parent involvement, and a quality education is a recipe for creating successful children who will excel in the future. Your PTA is committed to a year of service to you and your child, and I look forward to meeting you and getting you involved.
