This site, developed by Illinois Cooperative Extension Service, is
for 4th and 5th grade students but could be used for grade 1 with modifications
(see questions and links below).The site is set up as a mystery and the
students have six cases to solve. There is also a glossary, links, a guide
for teachers and ask a plant expert (ask LaPlant). The links are
excellent.
