Quarter #2 Portfolio Questionnaire
How Do I measure Up?
|
Gain access to
your grades online to help stay up-to-date and aware of how you are doing in
science
This section explains the scoring rubric for what is expected in a lab write-up. Every student must have a copy of this in their labbook. You may write or copy this contract into your labbook, but it must be signed by both student and parent before any labs can be started. When doing research or using other peoples information use this section for a general guideline on how to cite that resource.
Organize your years work in this easy to use table. However you will not receive full credit if you use this instead of drawing it onto the front cover of your lab book.
The Year is now half over and you should really know what you need to do in science class. How are you going to handle the rest of the year, how have you been doing so far and if you could do it all over again what would you advise a 5th grader coming into science. Almost to the end of the year! Seventh grade is coming fast, and the biggest changes since you entered school are almost over. With only one quarter to go this is a chance to reflect on the 3rd quarter and prepare yourself for the run up to the true middle of your school years.
Fill one of these out at the end of the year to help show how much you have grown and improved.
An aid to summarizing the main points in the unit, "Stuck In Time".
