Directions To Suburban Council and Other Area Schools
The Quarter-final Sectional games will be played at Veeder Park in Colonie.
Directions from Shen:
Take Northway south to exit 6.
Take a right off the exit on to route 7 west.
Take route 7 to Lishakill Road and take a left on to Lishakill road.
Follow Lishakill to Consaul road.
Take a left on Consaul and the park will be down the road on the right.
The scrimmage at Mechanicville is being played at the Lassie League field in Mechanicville.
From Shen:
Start out going EAST on NY-146. Continue to follow NY-146 E until it intersects with route 256 ( 4.3 mi).
Turn LEFT to stay on NY-146 E. ( 2.8 mi)
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto US-4 N/ NY-32 N. ( 1.5 mi)
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-4/ NY-32/ NY-67. ( 0.1 mi)
The Lassie League field is next to or opposite the Price Chopper Plaza.
Averill Park High School
Take I-90 East. Take the Rt. 43 exit – Exit 8 – toward Defreestville. Merge onto NY-43E for approximately 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Gettle Rd. (across from the Sunoco Station).
Ballston Spa High School
From the North or South on I-87: Get off at Exit 12. Take Rt. 67 west to intersection of Rt. 50 (approx. 3 miles). Go straight across at this stop light, this will become Ballston Avenue. Soccer/Lacrosse fields are on left in front of the school. Baseball/Softball -HS entrance and fields are on the west (back) side of the school. JV Baseball usually played in front of HS/MS complex.
Bethlehem High School (Town of Bethlehem)
Northway south (Rt 87) to exit 1E. Take I90 east to exit #4. Go right on Slingerlands By-Pass. Take route 85A past the Blue Cross building. Turn right at the traffic light onto New Scotland Avenue extension. Take left at first traffic light. Cross over Kenwood Avenue to Cherry Street. Turn right at light onto Delaware Avenue. High School will be on the left.
Burnt Hills High School (Town of Burnt Hills)
Route 146 to route 146A. Continue past Northway Heights Golf Course for 2-3 miles. Left at blinking light in the village – up Lake Hill Road past Stevens elementary school. High School on the right before Route 50.
Colonie High School (South Colonie)
Northway (Route #87) south to Exit #4. Take a left at first and second traffic light. Take a right at the next traffic light onto Wolf Road. Go about 1 mile and take left onto Sand Creek Road. High School is on right just past the apartment building.
Columbia High School (Town of East Greenbush)
Softball Complex - take I-90 East to Exit 9, take a right onto Rt. 4, at second traffic light take a left onto Rt. 9&20, at second traffic light take a right onto Gilligan Road, approx. 1/2 mile, field on left (next to the Howard L. Goff Middle School)
Guilderland High School
Take the Northway (Rte. #87) south to the end Turn right onto route #20 (West) (Western Avenue) for 1.9 miles. Take a left at Rte. #146 just past the Western Turnpike Golf Course. Continue on Route #146 for about 4 miles. School is on left about ½ mile.
Mohonasen High School (Town of Rotterdam)
Take route #146 west to route #7 (Schenectady Bypass). Take a right onto Route #7 past the the shopping center. Take a right onto Route #890 toward Thruway exit 25. Just before the Thruway bear right onto Curry Road. School entrance is 2-3 miles down on the left.
Niskayuna High School (Town of Niskayuna)
Take Route #146 west to Balltown Road. Go across the Rexford Bridge and up the hill. Continue past the High School (on left) and go to 2nd traffic light at VanAntwerp Road. Take a right down VanAntwerp. Middle School on right.
Saratoga (City of Saratoga)
Take Northway (Rte #87) to exit 13N and onto Route #9. Take a left at main entrance to Saratoga State Park (Avenue of the Pines). Take a right at light onto Route #50. Go ¼ mile and bear left (fork) onto West Avenue. Take a right onto West Circular Street. Take a left onto Benedict Street (1/2 mile). Field on the left.
Scotia-Glenville High School (City of Scotia)
Take Route #146 westand continue onto Glenridge Road to Route #50. Take a left onto Route #50 and follow to Scotia (several miles). Take the first right past the railroad underpass at 5th Street. Follow 5th Street to Sacandaga Road. Turn right. High School on left.
Shaker High School (North Colonie)
Take Northwat (Route #87) south to exit #5. Go left on Route #155. Cross Route #9. School on left about 1 mile.
