TICKET  REQUEST  FORM – GYPSY

O R D E R   F O R M

GUIDELINES: 

            * You can request up to ten (10) tickets on any one form – one form per envelope.

            * All tickets are $12.00.

            * Ticket requests must be postmarked in 2008, no later than March 1.

            * Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope so tickets

                can be sent to you.

            * Checks or Money Orders Payable to:  Shen HS Musical Co.

            * Mail to:  M.A.Hayes, Shen HSW, 970 Rt. 146, Clifton Park, NY 12065

All ticket requests will be filled closest to the front and center, unless otherwise requested.  For example, “Handicapped access needed,” OR “Back of the house preferred,” OR “One aisle seat needed with aisle on the left (right)” etc.

Note: Strobe lights will be used for approximately 1 minute during  Act One of the performance.

Please write any special needs in the blank space to the right of the chart.

        While every attempt will be made to keep a single request of tickets together (For example, “together” for a four-ticket request may mean two seats behind two seats, rather than four seats side-by-side.) no guarantee of that is expressed or implied.  Any description of a single-request for tickets would be helpful.  For example, a six-ticket request may also say, “Three pairs of two tickets anywhere in the house would be acceptable.” 

        As you can see on the schematic of the HSE Auditorium on the main Musical Co. Page, the auditorium has ten (10) sections.  Tickets will be mailed to you ASAP.  Tickets requested by mail must be postmarked no later than March 1st, and will be mailed beginning Friday, February 15th.
