AXA Achievement Scholarship – To qualify, students should be well rounded,
determined to succeed and have demonstrated achievement – at a job, sport or

Clifton Park Soccer Club/Rose & Kiernan, Inc is offering (4) $1,000 scholarships to (2) boy and (2)
girl seniors of Shenendehowa. They must be registered players with Clifton Park
Club for the 2007-2008 soccer season and will be continuing their formal
education in the fall of 2008.
Coca Cola Scholars Program – 250 merit based scholarships will be awarded. Students must apply on-line at www.coca-colascholars.org. Application must be received be received by
October 31st.
NYS Scholarship for Academic Excellence will award (4) $1,500 and (19) $500 renewable
scholarships to Shenendehowa graduating seniors who attend college in
Prudential Spirit of Community Awards is looking for a top youth volunteer. Must have engaged in a volunteer activity
that occurred at least in part after September 1, 2006. Information for an on-line application is
available in the
Ron Brown Scholar Program – Applicants must excel academically, show
exceptional leadership potential and make an impact on their communities
through service to others. Each year, a
minimum of ten students will be designated Ron Brown Scholars and will receive
$10,000 annually for four years. To be
eligible, applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents, African
American and high school seniors. Return

RIT - GO TECH! – On Saturday, Oct. 13th, RIT is hosting this one-day
conference for high school women interested in careers involving math, science,
engineering and technology. More

SAT PREP COURSE – A 5 week course designed to meet the needs of students reviewing for
the SAT exam. Session 1: Monday 9/24 & 10/1, 10/15, 10/22 &
10/29. Session 2 Wednesday, 9/26, 10/3,
10/10, 10/17 & 10/24, 6:30 – 9:00pm at a cost of $75.00.
