The Junior Autobiography is designed to help you with post high school planning and to assist your counselor in advising you and preparing your recommendation.  It is important that you provide complete, thoughtful answers to all the questions.  Attach additional sheets whenever necessary. 

 

Pages 1-7 are to be completed by you, the student.  Pages 8 and 9 are the “Parent Brag Sheet” for a parent/guardian to complete.  Autobiographies are due June 1st, 2008! 

 

The information you provide in this autobiography is confidential.  It will not be accessible to anyone other than your counselor without your permission. 

 

The quality of the Counselor Recommendation will be greatly diminished if your counselor does not have the information and insights provided by both the PARENT BRAG SHEET and the JUNIOR AUTOBIOGRAPHY.  Submission of the Junior Autobiography is required before you schedule your Senior Conference.
