various political and social reasons, has chosen to participate in a
hearing held at the New York State legislature. Your group has a
responsibility to act as a voice concerning capital punishment for your
community's position, and to be thoroughly versed in current trends
in Japan, both pro and con, on the issue of capital punishment to lend
power to your argument.
