Governance Vision Team |
| Definition: Governance is the Superintendent and the Board of Education who acknowledge, support and use the Shared Decision Making Process², which is implemented by the High School Partnership Team³. |
| Criteria: |
| * Demonstrates a commitment to the High School Vision by focusing goals around the vision and implementing the Vision Document. All stakeholders are willing to serve on teams and help the high school to move toward the Vision. |
| * Ensures that the high school community members have a clear picture of the role of the High School Partnership Team and its process. |
| * Communicates effectively by contacting stakeholders and are visible and accessible to all stakeholders. |
| * Shows a genuine commitment to the Shared Decision Making process by regularly attending meetings and actively participating. |
| * Uses an ongoing process with continuous evaluation to resolve and address issues. |
| * Develops, supports and implements policies designed to assist all students in meeting the Profile of a Shenendehowa Graduate. |
