The MST Academy is a full year integrated program of Math, Science, and Technology. It is three consecutive periods of instruction per day. The program is designed to provide students with the 3rd unit of math and the 3rd unit of science required for graduation as well as an additional elective credit in Technology. Approximately 40 juniors and/or seniors were admitted to the academy. The course is project-based in nature. Focus is placed on approaches to problem solving and learning 21^st century skills. These include but are not limited to information and technology literacy, collaboration, innovation and communication skills. We feel the integrated approach to solving problems related to real world problems will motivate students and prepare them for success.
