Extended Algebra One A
1 Year 1 Unit
Students in this course will progress
through the NYS
Algebra One Curriculum at a slower pace.
Part of the
curriculum is devoted to strengthening
the students’
foundation skills. The students will
complete the
Algebra One curriculum in the subsequent
course,
Extended Algebra One B. The two courses
address the
curriculum by spiraling the course
content. Thus, the
students will be prepared for the Algebra
One Regents
exam, a required assessment for
graduation, at the
conclusion of the second course.
