Labs are a major part of the course for many reasons:

1. They provide hands on
     application of the
     concepts we are
     learning.

2.   They are FUN!

3.  The state requires
     1200 minutes of lab
     work in order to sit 
     for the Regents.   

Every experiment proves something. If it doesn't prove what you wanted it to prove, it proves something  else.
