        Did you catch the error that the graph's author made?  See everything in print is NOT always

        absolutely true.  The Y values are printed as 30, 40, 60, 60, 70.  The first 60 should be 50!!

41.     In this graph, does the independent variable cause the affect of a range in the dependent

          variable? (y/n)   __ NO __.  (It is a combination of other factors (economic, political,
          ecological etc.) that really over time causes something else to take place.
