S. Klein  Biology Honors Lesson Plans  --  comments 9/3/08

These are updated each Thursday evening from home.

Lesson plans are usually completed on Thursday evenings from home.  I'll try to post them to the web immediately.  If your son/daughter is absent on the first day of a week, the lesson plan is always available.  Some of the resources for the next week may have also been given out in advance.  See the teacher if an extended absence is indicated.  I will probably only keep lesson plans for one to two weeks before deleting them from this page before it becomes too crowded.  Microsoft Frontpage (web authoring program) automatically reformats into double space, which I do not know how to reformat back to the original single spacing.  Sorry!.   More than one lesson plan for this course may be sequentially listed.  The 2 3, 6, 8 at the end of most lines indicates the four single periods for this course. I check off the 2, 3, 6, or 8 when an item
is completed in that section.

The color of the border surrounding each lesson plan week matches the color paper on which that lesson plan is usually Xeroxed on Fridays for the following week.  All materials are therefore available on Fridays if a Monday absence is expected.  For Biology Honors, I'm using the color sequence:  cherry red, goldenrod for orange, canary yellow and blue.  The four colors in sequence will recycle every four weeks for the entire course.
