Use your knowledge of the Industrial Revolution to select the most important inventions and/or technologies of the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. 

• Choose two inventions and/or technologies from each century.
• Identify the inventor(s).
• Describe the characteristics of each invention and/or technology.
• Discuss the impact each invention and/or technology has had on human existence.
• Write an editorial which addresses the following statement:  Technology, rather than freeing mankind, has actually enslaved human society.
• Publish your findings in an Industrial Revolution newsletter using MS Publisher.
• Prepare an oral presentation, 15 minutes in length, which clearly articulates your findings and opinions.
