Mark’s Automotive of Clifton Park teamed up with Randy Symonds’ and Rene’ Stehle’s  7th grade-technology classes to showcase a real life example of a turbulent and laminar air flow on a Lamborghini Gallardo. The students had to identify areas of eddies caused by drag, as well as areas of down force.  They also discovered that certain vents called chimneys are used to feed fresh cool air to the motor in the back of the car.
