Reading is important- One of the most important things we can do is encourage our children to read. With the help of our librarians, we 8th-grade teachers have developed a list of books that have been enjoyed by students . Copies of the list can be found in the Humanities and Science Libraries at the middle schools and in the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library. You can also click on the link below.
This list is different from the summer reading list, which is an abbreviated form of the list.
Our reading list is a work in progress. If you've found a book which you think would be of interest to young readers, please let us know . We want students reading.
