The Scope Hat

INTRO

This is a scope hat. It is a new invention. I chose this topic because I want to become an inventor when I grow up. this solves the problem that, when you want to use binoculars you have to hold it up to your face and hats are only good for looks, and shading your eyes.

IDEAS

The ideas I had were a normal hat with a small optical telescope you can flip up when you want a normal eye view, and a helmet resembling something you wear when you use a blow torch that had optical glass in front that can zoom in.

THE MODEL

This model is built to scale. It could come in all hat sizes and colors. It could also have different power scopes that see well for different distances. It has a shorter brim than most caps, but this puts the scope closer to your right eye.

AVAILABILITY

This item would have a relatively low cost. It should cost about $15-$20. You could find it at hat stores, hiking stores and stores like Target, Wall Mart, and, ToysRus.

CONCLUSION

This invention would change hikers’ and sports viewers’ lives forever. It is an easy to produce good product.
