Dice Design
You are
going to model a dice and put the numbers an all 6 sides.
Instructions:
1.
Start
a new Standard ipt.
(RC on desktop (on the “graph paper”), see that Snap to Grid is
checked).
2.
Sketch a square using Two point rectangle.
3.
a.
Click line b. Click to place dimention. c.
Click on number to edit length. d. hit the check or Enter
Use General Dimension [D] to make
the sides 1in by 1in.
4.

Finish
the sketch and Extude the Profile 1 inch.
5.
Start a new Sketch on one side and draw a small
circle on the center of the face, finish the sketch, and extrude the circle
with a Cut. Type the distance as 0.02 in.
Abreviations and Vocabulary: RC
–Right Click. General Dimension.
Shortcut: [D] Snap to Grid.

6.
Now
go to the next side, and
repeat from Step 5 with 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
dots. (the opposite
sides are supposed to add up to 7)
