Homework Policy

Homework is assigned almost every night, including Fridays.  Generally, homework assignments are worth four points each.  An assignment that is partially done the day it is due will be given partial credit.  A homework assignment that is a day late will be given three points, as long as it is completely done.  An assignment that is two days late will be given two points.  Any assignment turned in after this will be marked down as being done, but given no credit. 

If you are absent, get the notes from a friend and then see me for any explanations.  You have one day of make-up time for each day absent.

Class Preparation

Every student must have a pencil and paper when coming into class.  A student without materials will receive a slash.  After three slashes, the student will be required to go to detention during lunch or after school, which ever is more convenient for the teacher.
