Grading Policy

1. Grades will be determined by dividing the total points you earn by the number of grades available.

2. Keep track of your grades on your grade sheet so you will know what grade you are earning.

3. Grades will be earned through homework, quizzes, tests, labs, binder checks (quizzes), library/computer projects, and class projects.

4. Tests grades will count 3 times.

Quiz grades will count 2 times.

Labs and Homework will count one time.

Projects' scoring will be determined at the time of

    the assignment.

Homeworks that receive a check for completion instead of being graded on the basis of 100 will be compiled into a total homework grade at the interim time and at the end of the quarter.  This homework grade will count 3 times.
