
Koda Cares Service Club
Mission Statement: Koda Cares is a service club geared at providing students with an opportunity to interact with the school and members of the local community for the mutual benefit of both.
Koda Cares is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Koda students.
Advisors: Miss King, Mrs. Chetwynd, and Ms. Durivage
Some of Our Activities
Basket Drive- to benefit local hospitals
Character Counts Awards- to recognize students, faculty, and staff
Fund-raising to benefit local children's charity
volunteering with local elementary school students
Koda Campus Clean-up
Bowl for the Cure to benefit The American Cancer Society
Various fund-raising activities to benefit many community charitable organizations
Donating funds to benefit Koda Middle School
Sponsoring a needy family at holiday time
Trick or Treat for UNICEF
bake sale
Cooking at Ronald McDonald House
Volunteering with CAPTAIN
cooking dog and cat treats to donate to a local animal shelter
