A MONUMENTAL PROPOSAL: |
| The
Congressional committee is so glad that you accepted the responsibility of
designing this special monument.
You will be researching and collecting information on key people, groups and events that were vital to the Civil Rights movement during the 1950s and 1960s. It is your responsibility to learn all you can about your topics. Once you have selected two related topics, you are ready to begin your research. After collecting the information on your topic, you will design a memorial/monument to be placed in Washington D.C. |
