Every wksht. (unless otherwise noted) needs to be inserted into your Table of Contents.  Always put the new wksht. at the end, so that each is in the order that you received them.  You also need to write the page and the description on the yellow wksht. that should always be at the beginning of every chapter.  A sample of how yours should look is hanging on the right metal cabinet in the back of my room.  Don't fall behind, it's easy to keep this up to date- it only takes seconds and it's always a good "pop" quiz grade from time to time!
