7th grade math class

The Shenendehowa math task for seventh grade has the students play the role of a travel agent.  They will have to plan a 4-day weekend trip to "Canada's Wonderland" near Toronto, Canada.  They will have to do internet research for an inexpensive hotel, admission prices to "Canada's Wonderland", tolls to Toronto and back, and gasoline costs. They will have to calculate all the costs, and create an itinerary, or brochure detailing the cost of the trip.  This will be a major project in the fourth quarter.

My extra help schedule is posted below.  Again please encourage your child to ask for the help they need.

EXTRA HELP SCHEDULE:
Homework club is Wednesday morning at 8 am.  This is mandatory for students with D's or F's, but anyone is welcome.

Mornings: 8am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  PERIOD 3 and 6--by appointment
  PERIOD 9--without appointment
  After school by appointment                                

I still am not getting e-mails  from  outside sources in a timely manner.  I have informed our tech department and they cannot find the problem.  I will always reply to an e-mail the day I receive it.  So if I have not replied, please leave a phone message.  Thank you.
