The Egyptian Gods and Goddesses
Date Due: Thursday, January 8th
Presentations will be Thursday the 8th and Friday the 9th
Each student has been assigned to research an Egyptian God or Goddess. They have been given a list of books and web sites to research for information on their deity. Once they have compiled all the information they are to create a presentation that will encompass all of their research. They have a worksheet to organize this information. This worksheet must be turned on the day of the presentation.
Choices for presentation:
Every presentation must include a visual piece and informative text/narration.
Poster and a brief report
Drawing and a poem (such as a concrete poem)
Write a short play and design a costume representing the deity
Power point presentation
Write a song (perform or record it) and draw a CD cover picture
Write a journal entry in the voice of the deity explaining what a typical day is like: draw a "snapshot" picture to go with it.
