                                  Lunch at McDonald's

COST:                        $8.00 check or money order (NO CASH PLEASE) payable to Koda Project Fund

                                  Students should bring money for lunch or bring a lunch from home if they do not wish to purchase

                                   lunch at McDonald's.

                                   Payment and permission slip/behavior pledge must be returned to Mrs. Vadney no later than

                                   Friday, September 19.  This is a firm deadline.

                                   Due to our arrangements with the transportation department, we will be unable to issue

                                   refunds for students who do not attend due to absence on the day of the trip or who are\

                                   excluded due to disciplinary restrictions.

When you are given the opportunity to go out into the community with your classmates it is expected that you behave appropriately. Please read the expectations below and sign the pledge before turning in your payment and permission slip.

• Dress appropriately. There are NO hats, bookbags, backpacks, or electronic devices allowed in the theater.
• There is no food, candy, drink, or gum allowed in the theater.
• At the theater keep your feet on the floor, not on the seats.
• At the theater show approval by applause only.
• At the theater visit the restroom only during intermission.
• At McDonald's be respectful to the employees and other customers, and clean up your table when you are finished eating.
• Follow the posted directions in the public places you visit. Also listen to and follow the directions given to you by all school staff as well as the people working at the places you visit. Treat the adults you encounter with respect as they are the ones who have made this experience possible for you.
• Remember that you are representing your school.
