In English Language Arts, we have been working on complete and incomplete sentences.  We worked with the new terms for the four types of sentences (interrogative, imperative, exclamatory, and declarative).  We have worked on dictionary skills and how to write a topic sentence.  Our first writing piece is going to be called, "The Good, The Bad, and the ____ about Fourth Grade". 

                                In English Language Arts, we will be working on letter writing.  We will be having pen pals this year with Mrs. Mason's 5th grade class in North Carolina.  We will also be writing Box Top letters to family and friends, asking them to support our Box Top Orenda fundraiser.
