Over 1.5 million students across the country take the PSAT every year.   The top 16,000 students (1%) across the country were recognized in September, as National Merit Semi-Finalists.  They have completed further application requirements and will be notified in February if they are National Merit Finalists.  Since they are still in the running, their certificates will be issued in the spring. Shenendehowa High School is proud to announce that seven students qualified as National Merit Semi-finalists:
