POSITION:
Administrator – Special Education Summer Programs
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities, SDL, SBL, SDA or SAS certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Innovative educators who work at Shenendehowa CSD have the awesome responsibility to provide leadership and assistance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective curriculum and instructional programming in special education aligned with the district’s mission, value and beliefs, and NYS learning standards.
Conducting an organizational meeting in April to review protocols, field trips and general program information; hiring teaching and support staff; ordering and organizing supplies and materials; preparing for and facilitating the opening faculty meeting and program set-up; communicating with staff and parents prior to and during the operation of the programs; evaluation of all staff; daily on-site supervision of staff and students

LOCATION:
Programs run from July 6, 2021 through August 13, 2021 at Arongen Elementary School and Shenendehowa High School-West Building; students are in session from approximately 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
