Board of Education Selects Two Candidates to Fill Board Vacancies

At the special Board of Education meeting on Thursday, February 4, Jason DiGianni and  Joseph Weber were selected as the candidates to fill two vacant seats on the Board.

“Serving on the Board of Education takes tremendous dedication to children and the greater Shenendehowa community. We are excited to welcome Jason DiGianni and Joseph Weber to a dynamic group of leaders and feel they will contribute greatly to advance the mission of the Shenendehowa Central School District,” said Board of Education President Deanna Stephenson.

The two candidates selected by the Board will be sworn in at the Board meeting on Tuesday, February 9, and will serve until the next general election on May 18, 2021. Both board positions will be on the budget vote referendum along with a third board seat currently held by Robert Pressly.
