Congratulations Shen Retirees!

With close to 2,000 combined years of service, Shenendehowa celebrates 87 retirees during the 2020-21 school year

Every year during a Board of Education Meeting in April, the district celebrates longtime faculty and staff who have or will be retiring before the end of the school year. This year, 87 employees with combined service close to 2,000 years will depart after long careers serving the students of the Shenendehowa Central School District.

Retirees were recognized at the April 13 Board of Education Virtual Meeting, with those individuals who retired or announced their retirement during the 2020-21 school year joining the livestream for the presentation. Superintendent of Schools Dr. L. Oliver Robinson and Board leadership paid tribute to them and to their colleagues leaving Shen this year.

Please join us in recognizing this distinguished group of educators, administrators, nurses, counselors and vital support staff. Each has impacted the lives and academic journeys of our Shenendehowa students and we wish them all the best in retirement.
